Statement of Warranty
Hydro Quip honors the original manufacturer's warranty on all products sold but does not accept liability for any injury, loss, or damage caused by improper use or malfunction. Our liability is strictly limited to replacing defective parts according to the manufacturer's warranty. Replacement items do not come with a new warranty period.
We thoroughly examine all merchandise sent for warranty evaluation based on the manufacturer’s requirements. We consider factors such as the original sale date, product date codes, chemical or physical damage, and signs of unreasonable use. Our warranty does not cover parts with physical damage. If you receive damaged goods, contact our customer service department immediately. Do not use or install physically damaged parts, as we will not accept them for return.
As the manufacturer or its authorized agent, Hydro Quip determines the final warranty eligibility. If an item qualifies, we will either credit your account or provide a comparable replacement. In some cases, we may replace the item with a repaired and reconditioned unit. If an item does not qualify for warranty coverage, we will return it to the dealer or distributor, who must cover the cost of any replacement parts previously provided under warranty support.
