Hours of Operation & Ordering

Hydroquip.com is open 24 hours a day, 7-days a week for your ordering convenience. 

Accounts

You must have an active account with Hydro Quip to order from our online ordering portal.  To open an account and obtain your online account number to access our site, complete and submit your application form. (LINK COMING SOON)

Shortly after the completion and submission of your web order, we will send you an email Order Acknowledgement outlining what we will send you, as well as when and how we will ship it. When the order ships and is transferred to a carrier, we will send you an invoice with the order information, any shipping charges and/or fees, and the carrier tracking number.

There are many ways to place your order with us apart from using our website. You may call (951) 273-7575 and work directly with one of our professional sales associates. You may also e-mail your order to orders@hydroquip.com

For most shipments where our standard carrier is used, we offer same-day shipping for orders received by Noon (local warehouse time). We may not be able to ship the same day for very large orders or orders requiring a non-standard carrier. We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Stock orders made after Noon or on a non-business day, will ship on the next business day. Backorders will ship when the product(s) become available.

Some situations may prevent the rapid processing of your order and will require contact with our team before shipment takes place. Examples of this are; expired or incorrect credit card numbers, improper address information, etc.

Pricing

Prices shown on our online ordering portal are suggested retail prices (MSRP) in US dollars. Your discounted pricing will be displayed after login. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Terms of Sale

Payment arrangements are available using; Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, or American Express. A credit card authorization form is located on our website here (create hot link). Any unsuccessful credit card chargeback will be assessed a $25.00 processing fee. If you would like to establish a line of credit, please fill out the form on our website here (create hot link), and submit via email to; accounting@hydroquip.com
